comment
Nothing important to say about my primary school. In the secondary school I got confronted with computers very early, since we already had internet access in the 5th grade in 1998.
I really enjoyed learning HTML, Pascal, Java, Prolog, UML, and some theoretical parts like context-free grammar, graph theory and state machines. During my time at high school I also did one internship at a it-service company and one at a electronic shop / workshop.
Nevertheless I decided later to go for mechatronics, because I was also quite good at physics and mathematics. After one semester I canceled, because I noticed that the stuff we were going to learn in the first three semesters was less than we learned at school. Sadly it was too late to register at university, so I started to focus on my - until then - side job as a freelancer in web development. My interest in computer science grew, so after a short time it was clear, I was going to give studies in computer science a try. I'm doing this until now and I am very happy and confident with my choice.
